Welcome to Blend. Variable Logical Labs ("Blend," "we," "us," or "our") owns and operates the website located at blend.money (the "Website" and, together with any connected software, mobile application, smart contracts, or other products, the "Interface" or the "Site").
This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our services (the "Service") and explains your privacy rights and how the law protects you. This document is part of our Terms of Service ("TOS"). By accessing or using the Service made available through our Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Web3 note. Public blockchains are transparent and immutable by design. Wallet addresses, token transfers, and smart‑contract interactions may be visible to anyone. While we can delete or de‑identify off‑chain data we control, we generally cannot alter or remove data recorded on‑chain.

A. Information You Provide
We may collect the following information when you use the Service:
Correspondence and content. If you message us (e.g., feedback, support), we may collect your name, contact information (e.g., email), wallet address (if you share it), and any other content you include.
Account details (if you create an account). Display name, email, username, preferences, and authentication artifacts (e.g., SIWE signatures).
KYC/Identity (if required for certain features). Legal name, date of birth, address, government‑ID images/numbers, liveness checks, sanctions screening outcomes. If applicable, these are collected and processed by [KYC Vendor] on our behalf.
You may choose to voluntarily provide other information we have not solicited. In such instances, you are solely responsible for that information.
B. Information Collected Automatically
Wallet address. We may collect the wallet address you use to connect to the Interface to, for example, prevent use of wallets associated with legally prohibited conduct. We may also collect your wallet address as part of Usage Information (below) to improve the Interface and user experience of the Service.
Device information. Device type, operating system, browser type/version, language, screen dimensions, and similar technical data to optimize compatibility and troubleshoot issues.
Usage information. Timestamps, pages viewed, features and assets you interact with, links you click, search queries, referral URLs, clickstream data, and interaction events associated with your wallet address and/or session.
Log/diagnostic data. Error logs and performance metrics that help us maintain security and reliability.
C. Information from Third Parties
Wallet providers (e.g., WalletConnect, MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet) – connection status, wallet address, network/chain.
Node/RPC providers (e.g., [Infura/Alchemy/QuickNode]) – request metadata (such as IP address and headers) subject to their policies.
Analytics/attribution (e.g., [Google Analytics/Heap/PostHog]) – aggregated engagement metrics.
Email & support tools (e.g., [SendGrid/Customer.io/Intercom]).

Current status: We do not use cookies. If we decide to use them in the future, we would use cookies and similar technologies to understand how you use our Interface so we can improve its design and functionality.

On‑chain data is permanent and outside our direct control.

Analytics
We may use third‑party providers to monitor and analyze Service usage, such as Google Analytics and/or Heap. These providers process data under their own privacy policies and may aggregate data across their services. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing Google’s browser add‑on. Email Marketing
If you opt in, we may send newsletters or promotional emails. You can unsubscribe via the link in those emails or by contacting us. We may use providers such as SendGrid to deliver email.
GDPR/UK GDPR Privacy

Web3 limitation: We cannot erase or modify on‑chain records, but we can delete or de‑identify off‑chain data we control, unlink wallet‑to‑account associations where feasible, and stop further processing.

California Privacy Rights (CPRA/"CCPA")
California residents have rights to know/access, delete, correct, and opt out of certain data uses (including "sharing" for cross‑context behavioral advertising). We do not sell personal information.
To exercise rights, email hello@blend.money and specify your request and scope. We will confirm receipt within 10 days and may request information to verify your identity. You may designate an authorized agent; we may require proof of authorization and verification of your identity.
Other U.S. State Laws
Residents of states with privacy laws (e.g., CO, CT, UT, VA) may have additional rights, including to confirm processing, access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, and appeal a denied request. See the Contact Us section to exercise these rights.
"Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control
Our Service does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals. Where legally required, we will honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals for opt‑out of certain processing.
